Fall portrait sessions are magical in so many ways, and timing is everything.  Having you and your family there, at the exact moment when the leaves are shining in their final brilliant glory, with fall's golden light illuminating you from behind, is a profound experience.

It's remarkable to me how the ever changing leaves symbolize our ever changing families.  Life goes so fast!  We are growing, changing, and despite how overwhelming and exhausting parenting young children can be, it is such a short and precious time in our lives.  (Even though it doesn't feel that way sometimes.)

Stopping time to capture your family is the best gift you can give.  

My vision for you is this:  I use nature as a glorious backdrop.  I find beautiful locations either on your property, on my exclusive shooting property, or at a public Bergen County location.  The backdrop I'm looking for COULD be a painting on your wall as it is.  But then, just when things couldn't get any better, I add your family in to the mix, to create art for your walls, featuring the ones you love most of all. 

You're not left on your own to figure things out when you book a fall portrait session with me.  From the moment you book, until the moment your products are delivered, I'm here to offer you service, clarity and a sense of completion.  Here's how it works:

 

1) CONSULTATION
I hear all about what you're hoping to capture, and why.  I visit your home, or we have a phone call, and we discuss how you'd like to use the portraits we're going to create.  I look at your walls, feel out your sense of style and begin planning your session.  I even help you with what to wear!

 

2) SHOOT

If you have young children, I am happy to have one of my assistants help to keep them engaged, having fun, and camera ready.  Why should you get sweaty and frustrated, chasing your children around, when you've just had your hair and makeup done, and are trying to show your best, most relaxed and joyful self? 

 

3) CHOOSE

At our ordering session, we review all of the proofs, and I show you how they'd work best on your walls, in albums and as gifts. I remove the overwhelm of receiving a bunch of digitals on a disk that does nothing but add more to YOUR plate.  All decisions are made, and your order is placed, during a relaxed and focused session here in my Harrington Park studio, or at your home on your big screen TV.  

 

4) DELIVERY

Your images will be delivered to your home, and if you'd like, we will even install them for you!
